This notice describes how Foten Group handles personal information collected through this corporate website (https://www.fotengroup.com). Individual Foten Group businesses — including Folex Auto Market and KudiGrid — have their own product-level privacy notices on their own websites.
Who we are
Foten Group is the public identity intended to operate through Foten Innovation Limited, subject to completion of the relevant registration.
What personal information we collect on this website
- Information you submit through contact, partnership or recruitment forms — for example your name, email address, phone number and message.
- For job applications, additional information relevant to recruitment — such as your CV, right-to-work information and references.
- Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as approximate location, device type and pages viewed. We keep this to what is needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information

- To review and manage job applications, including sharing your application internally with the people directly involved in hiring.

Recruitment data — job applications and CVs
Recruitment data submitted through this site is held in a dedicated Foten Group recruitment system and is not shared with the operational databases of Folex Auto Market or KudiGrid. Access is restricted to authorised Foten Group personnel involved in recruitment.
When you apply for a role we collect and store the details you enter on the application form (name, email, phone, location, employment preferences, cover letter and role-specific screening answers), and the CV you upload. Your CV is stored in a private file store; it is not published, listed publicly, or accessible through any public URL. Authorised recruitment personnel may download it through short-lived, single-use links from the internal recruitment area.
Internal recruitment notes about your application are visible only to authorised Foten Group personnel and are never shown to you or included in notification emails.
Partnership and contact enquiries
When you submit the partnership or contact form we collect and store your name, organisation (for partnerships), email, optional phone number, chosen category or area, and your message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and manage the relationship. Enquiry records are visible only to authorised Foten Group personnel.
Access controls and security monitoring
Access to recruitment and enquiry data is restricted to a small allow-list of authorised personnel who sign in through single-use email links. Every access-sensitive action — application review, status change, note creation, CV signed-URL generation, enquiry status change — is written to an internal audit log so we can detect and investigate misuse.
Service providers we use
To operate this site we use hosting and infrastructure providers (for example the platform that hosts our website and the platform that hosts our recruitment database and file storage) and, optionally, an email delivery provider for notifications. These providers process personal information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality arrangements and only for the purposes of operating this site.
How long we keep information
We retain recruitment and enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, legal, security and record-keeping purposes. Recruitment records are typically retained for a limited period after a hiring decision to allow for reasonable follow-up and audit; enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a short archive period afterwards.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We only share it with the service providers described above, and where we are required to by law.
Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct or delete it, or object to certain uses of it. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of an application or enquiry you submitted through this site, please contact us using the details on our Contact page and identify the submission clearly (for example, the role you applied for and the email you used).
Anti-fraud notice
Foten Group will never ask you for payments, bank details or fees at any stage of recruitment. If someone claims to represent Foten Group and asks for money, please do not respond and consider reporting them.
