Field Sales & Business Development Consultant

Foten Group is engaging two Field Sales & Business Development Consultants on a performance-oriented basis. Primary focus is onboarding car dealers to Folex Auto Market, with a secondary focus on acquiring KudiGrid customers and partnerships.

Secondary assignment

KudiGrid customer and partnership acquisition

Additional assignments

Other Foten Group projects requiring field-based sales support.

Reports to

Business Operations Manager

Compensation

₦100,000-₦150,000 monthly base, plus transport allowance and performance commission

Transport allowance is paid separately from the monthly base salary.
Performance commission is paid only for verified, genuine business outcomes.
Duplicate accounts, fake listings and incomplete onboarding do not qualify for commission.

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, demonstrated capability and the agreed employment arrangement. Performance incentives are based on verified business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Identify and visit car dealers, estates, plazas, markets and business groups within an agreed territory.
Present Folex Auto Market and KudiGrid clearly and honestly to prospective users.
Onboard dealers and customers, capturing accurate information required for setup.
Follow up with prospects and warm leads through calls, WhatsApp and site visits.
Feed back what prospects want, object to and struggle with, so we can improve the products.
Keep a clean pipeline and simple weekly report of activity and outcomes.

What we’re looking for

Track record of field sales or business development, ideally in Lagos.
Comfortable making cold visits and holding structured conversations with business owners.
Reliable phone, ability to move around Lagos, and self-organisation.
Honest and respectful communication style.

Nice to have

Existing relationships in the car dealer community.
Experience selling SaaS or subscription products to small businesses.
